Hi, I’m Laura Hetherington Tep a Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA) recovery practitioner. I use my training and experience from my own HA journey to help women with theirs to get their period back.
I provide comprehensive and personalised one-on-one coaching to help women through the complexities of HA and period recovery, and restore natural fertility.
No matter where you are on your recovery journey, my one-on-one coaching will be tailored to your unique situation and needs to address nutrition, exercise and stress management, and mindset shifts to get your period back.

My Coaching
How it works:
I assess everything. Your goals, lifestyle, likes and dislikes to your current habits to create a plan that actually fits you and your life.
I build your bespoke protocol. Every meal, snack, movement plan, and habit is tailored to your body and your needs.
We regularly monitor nd adjust. We check in regularly and update your plan as you progress and your body changes to ensure you keep moving forward. Recovery is not static.
We use the FAM (fertility awareness method) to track your basal body temperature through data. This gives insight into your recovery progress and helps to see exactly when your body is ready to ovulate.
We focus on mental freedom. Eating, resting and moving should not be stressful. We work on practices to help you trust your body, your hunger and your recovery process.
We map out your recovery goals. Whether it is simply restoring your period or preparing to get pregnant. Every step is intentional and evidence-based.

Finding Her Rhythm (3-Months) - perfect if you are ready to fully commit to HA recovery and restore your period.
Reset Her Rhythm (1-Month) - this will jumpstart your HA recovery with a focused personalised plan and support to ensure you start right.
One-off support - get started with a personalised plan, guidance on HA recovery or a specific recovery block, or get clarity on next steps.
